$165 per 50-minute session

Payment

Payments are due at the time of each session. All major credit cards are accepted, and processed via a HIPAA-compliant online platform.

Insurance

My services are provided private-pay only. I do not accept private insurance. Upon request, I am able to provide you with an invoice, which you may submit to your private insurance for possible reimbursement. Please confirm coverage availability and limits with your insurance prior to scheduling an appointment as you will be responsible for all fees.

Notice Regarding Medicare: I have formally opted out of the Medicare program. This means that I do not bill Medicare for any services provided, and clients are not able to submit reimbursement claims to Medicare for my services. If you are a Medicare beneficiary and choose to receive services from me, you will be required to sign a private contract acknowledging this status in accordance with Medicare requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact me directly within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment if you must cancel an appointment. Missed sessions or sessions cancelled less than 48 hours of scheduled appointment time will be billed the full session fee.
